When going to a new healthcare provider I always do research, because someone can hold a position or title but that doesn’t necessarily mean they’re good at it. Dr.Scott and his staff by far exceeded my expectations. Every time I saw him he had great energy. Having never had braces before I was nervous about pain etc, so I would always ask a lot of questions. A lot lol. It was never bad. Dr.Scott was always patient and realistic about what to expect. The staff always greeted me with a smile, had a great disposition and made me feel at home. They are professional, the facility is clean and there is usually nice relaxing music playing in the background during your visit. I got my braces off in about 1 year 4 month. The key is to never miss your tightening appointments! I would 100% recommend going to Dr. Scott for any ortho needs you have.

I opted for traditional braces and not Invisalign because it just seemed like the path of least resistance and while it took some getting used to I would do it all over again if I had to. I am absolutely over the moon with my results and I get complimented consistently on my teeth and smile.

Our orthodontist may recommend corrective jaw surgery to correct severe discrepancies in size, shape, or misalignment in the jaw.
